This data came from the Washington Times, and I'm trying to re-locate the article. Check out the table and charts below. Before you start screaming about how these results may be skewed; I left the most amazing statistic off. The GOP received $3,000,000 in donations of more than $1,000,000. The Democrats received $36,000,000 in donations of more than $1,000,000. In other words, the Democrats received 12 times as much money from the super-rich.
